New Series Launch - The 5 A’s of Change - Step 1: Awareness

You're not here reading this post by accident.

You’re here because something in you is ready.
Ready to feel more like yourself again.
Ready to step out of the fog of busy and back into the presence of who you are.
Ready to make a change—on your terms, at your pace, with intention.

This isn’t about starting over.
It’s about reclaiming your clarity, energy, and presence—so you can live fully, lead intentionally, and create success that actually feels like freedom.

Today, I am beginning a new blog series, where over the next several weeks, we’ll explore the 5 A’s of Change:

  • Awareness

  • Appreciation

  • Acceptance

  • Accountability

  • Action

Each one is a practice.
Each one is a prompt back to yourself.
And each one helps you unlock aligned momentum in the areas of life that matter most:

  • Your career and contribution

  • Your health and vitality

  • Your relationships

  • Your mindset and personal growth

  • Your time, energy, and sense of meaning

If you’re ready to grow—not just for the sake of achievement, but for the quality of your experience—you’re in the right place.

Let’s reclaim what was never lost—just buried beneath the noise.

🔍 Step 1: Awareness – The Beginning of Real Change

Awareness is the brave act of telling the truth.
It’s not judgment. It’s not shame. It’s not panic.
It’s presence.

It’s sitting with your life and asking:

  • Where am I, really?

  • What’s working?

  • What’s misaligned?

  • Who am I becoming—and is this person who I want to be?

Without awareness, there is no clarity.
Without clarity, we just recycle old habits and call it growth.

But with awareness?
We unlock the first spark of momentum.
We stop drifting. We start deciding.

📝 Your Reflection Prompts – Awareness

Awareness Reflection Sheet Journal Prompts:

  1. What areas of your life feel most aligned right now? Which feel foggy or frustrating?

  2. What emotions have been showing up most often? What might they be trying to tell you?

  3. Where are you avoiding the truth about how you feel or what you want?

  4. If you could hear your inner voice clearly today, what would it say?

  5. What would it look like to be radically honest with yourself—without judgment?

🌱 A Final Word

Reclaiming your life doesn’t mean throwing everything away.
It means slowing down long enough to see it. To feel it. To listen.
Awareness is that sacred pause that precedes every meaningful shift.

You don’t have to leap.
You just have to lean.

I’ll be back in two weeks with your next step—Appreciation.
Until then, honor what you see.
Honor what you know.
